ADAM BULLOCK  ATTORNEY

I founded Bullock Law Firm in 2016 because I was ready to serve the hard-working people of East Tennessee my way: fairly, competently, and respectfully. My desire is to serve you by looking out for your best interest above everything else. Whether you need a lawyer for an estate plan, probate administration, business formation, family law litigation, or DUI/BUI defense,  I’ll personally be there to guide you every step of the way.

Since opening the firm just minutes from the stunning Norris Lake, I’ve represented clients from Johnson City to Nashville and everywhere in between. Bullock Law Firm is a boutique firm focusing on clients’ needs from beginning to end. Simply put, your case will get the focused attention it deserves, and we’ll work for your ideal outcome.

After growing up in Campbell County, I graduated from East Tennessee State University (ETSU) and Lincoln Memorial University-Duncan School of Law and then worked for an estate planning firm with various offices in East Tennessee. When given the chance to open my own firm, I jumped at the opportunity to return home and open my practice in beautiful Campbell County, Tennessee. In my spare time, you can find me boating on Norris Lake, spending time with family and friends, or hanging out with my beloved rescue dog, Cocoa.

Jessica Lovely-BULLOCK  ATTORNEY

Jessica Lovely-Bullock joined Bullock Law Firm in 2023. Jessica is a native of Knoxville, Tennessee, and graduated from The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. After undergraduate school, Jessica pursued her legal education at Lincoln Memorial University- Duncan School of Law. Once licensed to practice law, Jessica advocated for indigent clients, stood up for what was right, and defended the rights of those less fortunate. She is a zealous attorney and puts her client’s interests at the forefront of her representation, and she is also a Listed Rule 31 Mediator specially trained in domestic violence. Her passion for helping others and her quick wit make her an excellent attorney. Jessica has a unique background in helping others, and she has an extensive history working in the dental field. In her free time, she enjoys watching her favorite VOLS take on competitors, traveling, and spending time with family.

IVÁN D. VELÁZQUEZ  INTERPRETER

I was born and raised in Mexico, in the beautiful port of Ciudad Madero Tamaulipas, and graduated from the Faculty of Law and Social Studies of the Universidad Autonoma de Tamaulipas as a civil lawyer. After that, I worked as an intern in various offices within the city. With too much competition and few possibilities for growth, I decided to move to Tennessee looking for better opportunities.

After working as an interpreter and translator in several offices in Sevier County, I was fortunate to meet Adam, and work as an independent contractor interpreter and freelance translator for his legal office. By being an independent contractor for Bullock Law Firm, I am able to help the Hispanic community with all their legal needs.

In my free time, you can find me in all courts helping the Hispanic community that has questions, doubts, or limited English for any citations, payment of fines, or general questions. Above all, at Bullock Law Firm, we are here to serve you.

Vicki French  LEGAL ASSISTANT

Vicki joined the Bullock Law Firm as a Legal Assistant in 2019. She comes to us with over 20 years of experience as a legal assistant in Upstate New York. While in New York, Vicki worked for a multinational law firm serving clients globally. She is focused on helping Bullock Law Firm serve clients’ needs and has a client-focused approach. She lives in Jacksboro now and is a licensed Tennessee Notary Public. Outside of work, she enjoys learning everything there is to learn about her new home here in Tennessee.
